A Hot Issue: Consolidation!

If you ask the candidates down at the polls what they think of consolidation, it might help you deceide which one to vote for.
One told me he'd been working on a project for 12 years and didn't want to merge the three towns (Leland, Bellville and Navassa). Maybe he just needs another 12 years.
Another said, he likes the town he's in and doesn't want to share his stuff...or something like that!
It seems to me that together (we) could do more for less and do it quicker...say, like they do in the county we're there is more freedom.
It doesn't take long to ask the people what they want and then to go ahead and do it. I think that's the american way.
Not withstanding, we must do things in an organised and economical way but lets get things done now!
I was encouraged to see the new entrance to Waterford coming along well and am looking foward to that improvement being completed soon.
I am also glad to see the second entrance open and paved to the Villages in Brunswick Forest.
It's fun to see the quick an orderly developement in North Brunswicktown..May we all live to see a lot more!
